Client Data Protection Privacy Statement
Constanze Maria Fielder is registered with the ICO as a Tier 1 Data Protection Officer number: ZB282847.
Client data will be used for the purposes of providing a counselling and psychotherapy service. Client records are kept for 7 years following completion of counselling before being safely destroyed for adults. For children and young people client records are kept for 7 years after they turn 18 years old and are then safely destroyed. Data may be shared with other agencies if there is a legal requirement, or if there is felt to be an immediate risk of substantial harm to clients or others. Clients rights are recognised in line with data protection law.
